ANDERSON, Minnie (Long)

The sudden death of Mrs. Roscoe Anderson last Tuesday morning, April 18, 1916, cast a gloom over the entire community.
Mrs. Anderson was formerly Miss Minnie Long, one of Roger Mills County’s most foremost school teachers. She had a large acquaintance throughout the county and was loved by all who knew her.
Mrs. Anderson had been in delicate health for some time, but she seemed to be well on her road to perfect health, and her sudden demise was a surprise to all.
She was in town Monday and apparently feeling fine, but after her return home, near Redmoon, she became violently ill about midnight and died about 11:00 Tuesday morning in spite of medical skill.
We extend our sympathy to the bereaved in this their hour of sorrow.
