Douglas Hudgens. She passed away November 3, 2016 at Elk City, Oklahoma
at the age of 92 years, 4 months and 10 days.

Jerrie was married to Ralph
Forshee and moved throughout the United States. After making their home in Elk
City they became part-owners of F&H Drilling. Upon their retirement they
sold their ownership and continued to make Elk City their home. Jerrie’s
passion in life was a being a homemaker and taking care of her family. She was
also a member of 2nd & Adams Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death
by her parents, husband, Ralph Forshee, one son, Jerry Wayne Mann, 4
brothers, Jack Hudgens, Leroy Hudgens, Fount Hudgens and I.D. Hudgens and 1
sister, Winona Hutton. She is survived by her sister, Mary Guthrie, Elk
City, OK and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
