G.M. Scott, one of the old settlers of this country, died at his home in this city, Wednesday morning November 21, 1917 of heart trouble.
Mr. Scott was a good man, a good neighbor and a true friend.
Interment was made in the Strong City cemetery, Strong City, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma this Thursday afternoon. The services were conducted at the Baptist Church by Rev. J.M. Wileman of Cheyenne. A large cword of friends attended the services and extend their sympathy to the bereaved family and relatives in this their hour of trouble.
