Bud Owen’s family was being moved to Cheyenne last week from Roll, Oklahoma. In passing a farm house a dog ran out into the road frightening the team of mules causing them to run. Mrs. Owens and a six month old baby were thrown from the wagon, the baby being killed and the mother badly hurt.
