Sam Reynolds, who has been making his home with T.A. Simpson, about six miles southwest of this place,
died of heart failure late Monday afternoon, March 26, 1917.
He had gone out after an armload of wood and was returning to the house when he fell dead.
When found, he was lying on his face still clinging to the wood.
The remains were laid to rest in the Cheyenne cemetery Tuesday afternoon, March 27, 1917.
