Flossie Snowden, the 17month old daughter of Eli Ranson Snowden, better known as “Ole Man Snowden“, fell from the family wagon, when it hit a bump in the road. The toddler broke her neck and was buried the same day in the Cheyenne Cemetery.
This happened on July 21, 1909.
