HOWE, Nellie Audrey Miller

Chapel Servces for Nellie A. Howe, 91, Clinton resident will be held 9:00 A.M. Tuesdsay, August 7, 2012 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, nofficiated by Rev. Gary Jones and burial will follow in the Arsapaho emetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
Nellie Audrey (Miller)Howe was born November 27, 1920 to Arthur and Pearl (Dudgen) Miller in Hammon, Oklahoma and passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 in her Clinton home.
Nellie was raised in Hammon as a small child and she later moved to Arkansas where she graduated from high school in 1938. She moved to Sweetwater, Oklahoma and worked for the school system as a cook for severall years. She married Mr. Billy Howe in 1970 and they made their home in Clinton. She was employed with T.G.&Y. Store for over 25 years working in the toy department. After T.G.& Y. closed she farmed with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Burl Miller and a sister, Letha Johns.
She is a mermber of the Custer Ave. Baptist Church, she enjoyed crocheting, her coffee bunch and her passion was her family.
She is survived by her husband, Billy, of the home, three daughters, Marva Doyal, Clinton Kathy Howe, Kansas City, MO and Dana Herrill, Corn, OK and a sister, Lucille Allen, Alabama.
She is also survived by two grandchildren seven great-grandchil;dren and four great-great grandchildren.
