Janice LeGrand Elms was born January 1, 1954 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Juanita and Thomas G. LeGrand. She passed away November 20, 2015 at Sayre, OK at the age of 61 years, ten months and 19 days.
Janice grew up in the Sweetwater community were she graduated from Sweetwater High School in 1972. She later moved to Sayre to make her home and raise her children. Janice had a love for horses and enjoyed cooking but mostly loved spending time with he grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, T.G. LeGrand, and a sister, Sharon Harell.
She is survived by her husband, Larry, three children: Justin, Elizabeth and April; seven grandchildren, her mother, Juanita LeGrand, Sweetwater, OK; a brother, Tommy LeGrand and wife, Virginia, Sweetwater, OK; two nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services held at the Rose Chapel in Sayre on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 10:30 a.m.
