GREEVER, Marion Cross

Marion Cross Greever passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and adoring husband on July 19, 2015. She was 91 years old.
Marion was born in Cheyenne, Oklahoma to Glenn and Faye (Combs) Cross on July 23, 1923. She graduated from high school in Cheyenne. In 1941 she married Kyle W. After her husband’s retirement they permanently moved to Nevada City. Marion was employed as a court reporter at Beale AFB and later worked as a secretary for the Nevada County Probation Department.
Marion was loyal and loved her family above everything and would get busy cooking something whenever kids, grandkids or great grandkids visited. She was extremely selfless and always wanted to make others happy no matter the circumstances. Her family appreciated her subtle, witty humor.
