Glena F. Hansen, 85, of Wichita, Kansas, was born on March 25, 1928 and passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2014. She was the youngest of seven children born to Emmitt and Rosa (Bashaw) Carder and is the last remaining child.
She retired from Southwestern Bell as a private secretary and operator. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the Red Hill Cemetery in Hammon, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma. Memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association in care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home, 600 West Country Club Blvd. Elk City, OK 73644.
Glena is survived by her husband, Robert “Bob” Hansen; two sons, Doug Hansen and John Hansen; two daughters, Lisa Clark and Paula Johnson; several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
