Jackson
Thomas Leon Jackson, 86, formerly of Elk City,
Oklahoma was born on August 26, 1930 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma.
He is the son of
Johnnie Jason and Catherine Elizabeth (Martin) Jackson. Leon went to be with
his heavenly father on
Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in Norman, Oklahoma.

Leon married his best friend and sweetheart Hazel Irene Miller on December 9,
1950 at Trinity Fellowship in Sayre,

Oklahoma. Hazel preceded him in death on
January 6, 2010.

Leon proudly served his country in the
United States Air Force retiring with the rank of Tech Sergeant on January 30,
1968.

Leon enjoyed attending stock car races, going fishing and hunting, and
gardening. He also loved wresting. More than anything

else Leon enjoyed
spending time with his loving wife, family and friends. He was a member of the
Elks Lodge and the Disabled American Veterans.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Trinity
Fellowship in Sayre, Oklahoma. Interment will be at

White Rose Cemetery with
full military honors in Reydon, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the
care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.

Leon is survived by his son Larry Jackson and his wife Linda of Raleigh, North
Carolina; three daughters, Nancy Alford of Norman, Oklahoma,

Danna Brey of
Norman, Oklahoma, Judy Wright of Canute, Oklahoma, one brother; Tommy D.
Jackson of Saint Louis, Missouri;
four sisters; Genon DeVaney and her husband
James of ElPaso, Texas, Ramona Bradley of Texas, Lois Faye Bright of Saint
Louis,
Missouri and Patricia Rowell of Pampa, Texas, six grandchildren,
thirteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sons-in-law, Ocie Alford, Herman Brey,
one brother Jason Lee Jackson; grandson Christopher

Michael Leonard; one great
grandson Brandon Lee Brey.
