Frank Kendall, one of the early settlers of Roger Mills County, died last Friday, January 21, 1921 at the home of his brother in Cheyenne and buried Saturday in Strong City. Mr. Kendall, commonly known as “Uncle Frank” was born 3OCT1850 and is a brother to “Uncle Bill” and J.H. Kendall of Strong City.
