PECK, Mattie Colene (Ivy)

Mattie Colene Peck, 87, of Elk City, Oklahoma was born on February 22, 1933 in Leedey, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of Perry H. and Montie (Brinlee) Ivy. Colene went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Elk City Nursing Center, Elk City, Oklahoma.
She married her best friend and sweetheart, Bobby Peck on June 18, 1949 in Leedey, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on November 22, 1996.
Colene enjoyed cooking, gardening, coyote hunting and being around her kids and grandkids. She loved being involved in raising and showing their dairy cattle. Colene was a member of the First Baptist Church of Elk City, Oklahoma.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 7, 2020 at Martin-Dugger Funeral Home Chapel, Elk City, Oklahoma. Rev. Danny Ringer will officiate. Interment will be at Fairlawn Cemetery, Elk City, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Richard and Tammy Dugger and the staff of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cherishing her memory is her daughter, Vonda Davis and her husband, Eddie of Elk City, Oklahoma; son, Mickey Peck of Canute, Oklahoma; ten grandchildren; Brad Carlisle and his wife, Dorie of San Antonio, Texas, Dennis Teel and his wife, Terrie of Elk City, Oklahoma, Julie Alley and her husband, Ron of Shoreacres, Texas, Danny Teel and his wife, Jamie of Hammon, Oklahoma, Stacy Sadler and her husband, Chris of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Tracy Higgins and her husband, Andy of Yukon, Oklahoma, Jeff Carlisle and his wife, Jeana of Foss, Oklahoma, Alissa Antwine and her husband, Brent of Piedmont, Oklahoma, Josh Peck and his wife, Joey of Kansas City, Missouri, Jake Peck and his wife, Crystal of Canute, Oklahoma; twenty-four great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Peck; one daughter, Vickie Kenney; one great-grandchild; Nicholas Scott Teel; parents, Perry and Montie Ivy; three sisters, Alene Storey, Nadine Williamson, Darlene McClendon.
