Mark Rice was born September 19, 1961 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma to Anna Mae and Marvin Rice. He passed away January 1, 2015 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 53 years, three months and twelve days.
Mark grew up in Cheyenne where he attended school before beginning his career working in the oilfield as Roughneck. He lived in Amarillo for a few years before returning to Cheyenne to make his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his brother, Johnny Rice, Cheyenne, OK; a niece, Wendy Beavin, two nephews, Richard Rice and Tyler Rice and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held Friday, January 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cheyenne United Methodist Church in Cheyenne, Oklahoma.
