Judy Kay Russell, 51 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was born on November 22, 1963 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of Johnny Leroy and Phyllis Irene (Farrell) Carey. Judy passed away on December 7, 2014 at Kinder Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Judy enjoyed reading and embroidery but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
Judy is survived by her son, Matthew Carey of Erick Oklahoma; father Johnny Leroy Carey of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,; brother Dale Carey of Sayre, Oklahoma; two half brothers, Michael Carey of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Brian Carey of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She is preceded in death by her son, Darrell Dixon; mother Phyllis Carey, maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.
Graveside services were held December 11, 2014 at the Dempsey Cemetery in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. Rev. Danny Ringer officiated. Services are under the direction of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.
