SQUIRES, A. L.(2)

On Wednesday, December 6, 1916, A.L. Squires of near Sweetwater met with a serious accident. He was on his wagon loaded with hogs on his way to Erick when a run a way team of Mr. Clevenger’s struck the back end of his wagon, knocking him off and then trampled him under foot.
He was immediately taken to a doctor who dressed his wounds, which were pronounced serious.
The latest reports we have are that he is getting along very well but is still in a very serious condition. It is to hoped that he will recover from his injuries in a very short time.
