TAYLOR, Wiliam “Cole”

William “Cole” Taylor of Ledey, OK passed from this life to meet his Savior on July 6, 2012. He was 29 years, 3 months, and 21 days old. Cole was born March 15, 1983 in Canadian, TX to Roland and Susan Taylor. He was welcomed into this world by a special big sister, Natalie.
Cole was united in marriage to the love of his life, Tami Laughlin of Blackwell, OK on September 16, 2006. Their family was completed by the addition of a son, Mason Cole Taylor on October 8, 2010. Mason was the joy of Cole’s life. What a proud dad he was of this “Baby boy” as he always called him. At the age of 5 days, he hauld him to Leedey, Arnett, and anywhere else he could think of by himself just to show him off.
ole was an amazing father, husband, son, uncle, brother,grandson, and friend. He fillef each of these capacities full of life. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on, or just be there to provide a good laugh.
Cole (aka “Wilbur” to his “Dad” Rusty and his closest friends), lived life to the fullest in the short time God loaned him to us. He was always busy lookin for somethig to do or something to eat. He loved his family, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, feeding cows, farming, racing cars, boating, and spending timed with his wife and son.
Cole accepted Jesus Christ as his Saviour and was baptized at the First Christian Church in Arnett, OK. At the time of his passing he was a member of the United Methodist Church in Leedey, Oklahoma. He loved his church family and was a very dedicated Christian, even being a witness while working.
He was preceded in death by his grandparens, Jim and Mona Bussard, Alex Kraft, Bud and Minnie Taylor, Melba and Orville Bullard, and John Hill; step-father Shorty Patton and his uncle Kecin Taylor.
Loved ones left to cherish his memory and his loving wife, Tami and son Mason of the home; parents, Rusty and Susan Crowley of Leedey, OK and Roland Taylor of Shattuck, OK; sister, Natali Cheek and husband Jeremy, and nephews and nieces, Dakota, Trysta and Kenzie, of Eureka, KS; brothr-in-law and friend, Rod Miller of Hamilton, KS; stepbrother, Zack Patton of Adhland, KS; grandparents, Clara Kraft of Follett, TX, Merle an Lacaun Kraft of Lipscomb, TX, Bill and Yulonda Taylor of Arnett, OK Bill and Pat Crowley of Leedey, OK, Hank and Carol Patton of Lakin, KS; father and mother-in-law, Larry and Betty Laughlin of Blackwell, OK; sister-in-law, Tiffany Standford and husband Shawn, an nephews, Joshua, Caleb, and Shawn of Yukon, OK; loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and countlessfriends.
All who knew him will always remember those twinkling eyes, ifectious grin, and his own special wave goodbye he gave us all!! Even though his life was short, he made a hugh impact and will forever live in our hearts.
